The Emirates Foundation, through “Takatof” programme for social volunteering, called on volunteers, citizens and residents, to participate in supporting the shopping centres in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, as part of efforts to detect and combat the spread of the new Corona virus, using the EDE system, to detect infections among the centres’ goers.

The Foundation indicated that 300 volunteers, are required, provided that the age of the volunteer is not less than 18 years.

It clarified that the volunteers will have to examine the goers of the malls using the EDE scanning system.

The Foundation said there are 3 conditions for volunteering: first of which is submitting a recent copy of the COVID-19 test, being good at Arabic and English, and uploading personal papers on the “Volunteers” platform website “www.volunteers.ae”, including personal photo, passport copy with the unified number and ID copy, for the nationals.

Residents have to upload personal documents on the platform’s website, including personal photo, passport copy with residence and ID copy.
