Sharjah police appealed to all parents to send their children to school using official school buses or transport them to school themselves, after the tragic incident of the 7-year-old boy took place in Sharjah on Tuesday.

The Sharjah Police issued a warning on social media saying that the deceased was sent to school in a private car, driven by a woman, along with other children.

After dropping off the children, the woman locked the vehicle, not aware that the victim was inside, and left with her husband. At the end of the school day, she headed to the vehicle to find out that there was a boy dead inside.

The Police strongly insisted that all parents only use officially approved school buses to transport their children, pointing out that the buses are equipped with advanced safety features and are regularly monitored by the authorities to ensure they meet stringent safety standards. Police advised parents or guardians to personally transport their children whenever possible to ensure their utmost safety and well-being.
