Exams to start on Wednesday in capital

ABU DHABI: Preparations for exams have been in full swing and all measures have been taken by Abu Dhabi Education Council for the Trimester I exams for Grades 6 - 11 across schools in Abu Dhabi.

Exams for Grades 10 and 11 students in both Literature and Science streams will start on Wednesday, Dec.5 and end on Wednesday, Dec.12, while the mainstream school examinations for Grades 6 to 9 will start on Sunday, Dec.9 till Wednesday Dec.12.

Grade 12 literary students across public and private schools, Home Education and Adult Learning Centers will sit for their exams on Wednesday, Nov.28 to Thursday, Dec.13, while their peers in the Science stream will take their exams from Tuesday, Dec.4 to Thursday, Dec.13.

Examinations for students in private schools applying the Ministry of Education Curriculum, Adult Learning Centres in the Family Development Foundation and Abu Dhabi Centres for Care and Rehabilitation in addition to placement examinations, will start as follows: Grades 6 - 9 on Sunday, Dec.9 till Thursday, Dec.13; Grades 10 - 11 (Literature and Science stream) on Wednesday, Dec.5 through Thursday, Dec.13.
