Aristocrat, Pal and Pacific Ventures announce deal

DUBAI: Celebrating the stability and positive pulse of the UAE’s real estate sector, Aristocrat Star, Pal Developments and Pacific Ventures (PV) have announced their stately real estate project ‘The Royal Estate’.

The aesthetic and plush 2.3 million square feet gated community located in Dubai Investments Park (DIP) features 2000 units comprising of apartments, villas, boutique retail spaces, an office complex and a luxury hotel.

Project sales will commence on Aug.7 2014 and Phase 1 of the project comprising 400 units shall be delivered during the first quarter of 2016. Apartment units start at Dhs450,000 and townhouses from Dhs1.6 million onwards.
