SHARJAH: Sharjah Ladies Club Branches (SLCB) is gearing up for the new school year with an array of activities at its Talah Kindergartens. Themed ‘Ahlan Talah,’ the events taking place till Sept.20 at 10 SLC branches in Sharjah’s Central and Eastern regions feature a series of entertainment workshops and fun pastimes, all designed to prepare little ones for a fresh academic start after the long summer holiday.

SLCB’s Ahlan Talah activities comprise face-painting, magic shows, acrobatics, dancing and cartoon character interactions. There are also numerous prizes and giveaways provided by Toys Are Us and Color Key, the sponsors of the two-and-a-half week long programme. Included as part of the proceedings are information sessions that will educate the children’s parents on the services and activities that the kindergartens are organising throughout the year.

“We are celebrating the start of the new school year by providing children and their mothers with fun and rewarding experiences at our Talah Kindergartens, with Ahlan Talah created to help little ones connect with their learning environment before they start the new academic term. Our facilities are dedicated to ensuring a safe, secure and inspiring setting for learning at the earliest of stages.
