ManageEngine sees potential in UAE market

DUBAI: ManageEngine, the real-time IT management company, has successfully hosted the fourth Middle East User Conference, which was concluded on a strong note recently in Dubai.

 
During the two-day conference, senior global executives and technology experts from ManageEngine showcased IT management trends, conducts product training, and discusses use cases.
 
Middle East has been one of the fastest growing markets for ManageEngine, and over the last few years, there’s has been a significant growth in IT adoption in the region.
 
This was revealed by Raj Sabhlok, President,  ManageEngine, during an exclusive interview with The Gulf Today.
“We are excited to host our fourth annual Middle East User Conference this year. We believe it’s a great forum for us to connect ,and share IT best practices and trends with our customers and partners,” he added.
 
He discloses that ManageEngine delivers real-time IT management tools that empower IT teams to meet organizational needs for real-time services and support. “Worldwide, established and emerging enterprises — including more than 60 per cent of the Fortune 500 — rely on ManageEngine products to ensure the optimal performance of their critical IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, applications, desktops, and more.
 
ManageEngine is a division of Zoho Corporation with offices worldwide, including the United States, India, Singapore, Japan, and China He noted that UAE is one of the major markets for ManageEngine adding that around 500 customers are using his company’s products in the Emirates.
 
Raj elaborated that Dubai Expo 2020 will further boost the country’s economic growth adding that the participating companies would benefit from  using ManageEngine products at the mega event.
 
He expressed his optimism over the recently- concluded event adding that past conferences have been a huge success for his company.
 
 “The training sessions were instrumental on solving business problems through effective IT management in ensuring profitability.
 
The delegates availed an exclusive opportunity to get officially certified as a ManageEngine Product Associate at no additional cost,” he added.
 
The User Conference 2016 in Dubai featured an interactive session centered on major IT management disciplines, including IT operations management (ITOM), IT service management (ITSM), Windows & Active Directory management, and IT security. After the sessions, customers can try their hands on our upcoming  products like RecoveryManager Plus, SharePoint Manager Plus, File Audit Plus, and the data analytics and reporting tool. He commented that the conference featured product-training sessions on some of our flagship products like ServiceDesk Plus, OpManager, ADManager Plus, Desktop Central, and Mobile Device Manager Plus.
 
Meanwhile, ManageEngine has also launched Key Manager Plus, a comprehensive, web-based, SSH key management solution. Available immediately, the new product joins ManageEngine’s privileged identity management suite to help administrators take control of SSH keys.
 
Key Manager Plus provides visibility into the SSH environment, enabling administrators to preempt breaches and compliance issues.
