ABU DHABI: Sheikh Mansour Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum on Tuesday morning visited the International Defence Exhibition and Conference (Idex) here at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.

He toured various exhibition halls and was briefed on the latest military technology in the world.

He met with representatives of the exhibiting companies and exchanged talks with them on the importance of these international specialised forums, particularly Idex, which is deemed to be an ideal and encouraging platform for exchanging military knowledge and acquiring military sciences and defence theories in addition to the cutting edge technology in the defence industry.

He lauded the national cadres, material and logistical potential that the wise leadership offers for the success of Idex.
