ABU DHABI: Dr. Hamad Saif Al Shamsi, UAE Attorney-General, confirmed that the initiative to establish a specialised prosecution for the enforcement of judicial decisions is based on the philosophy of justice and ensuring everyone’s rights, which will benefit the community and improve its stability.

He added that this step will strengthen the rule of law through a powerful and efficient judicial system, which will enhance national security and protect the rights and freedoms of individuals and institutions; noting that the specialisation principle contributes to the realisation of the state’s strategy and its 2021 vision including the goal of ensuring the rule of law.
