Khalifa issues decree

ABU DHABI: President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in his capacity as Ruler of Abu Dhabi, has issued an Emiri Decree no. 3 for 2018 appointing judges and public prosecution members in Abu Dhabi Judicial Department. The decree takes effect from the date of issuance on July 8, 2018.

According to article 1 of the decree published in the recent issue of the Official Gazette issued by the General Secretariat of Abu Dhabi Executive Council, 17 judges will be appointed in Abu Dhabi Judicial Department.

These include appellate judges of the second category; namely, Mohammed Shafi Ali Abdul Ghani, Azhari Mubarak Al Fadhel Sheikh Mohammed, Dr Adlan Al Haj Mahmoud Hakem, Hatem Mohammed Azmi Mohammed Abu Zaid, Tareq Fat’hi Mohammed Yousef and Ayman Mohammed Kamel.

They also include appellate judges of the third category; namely, Mohammed Mohammed Ali Al Muraimi, Aber Al Mahi Abdul Rahman Radwan, Jamal Ibrahim Ibrahim Aliwa, Tajus-Sir Othman Abdul Qader Hassan and Ashraf Hussain Othman Hussain.

First instance judges of the fourth category include Abdul Atheem Al Haj Mohammed Abu Qabala, Mubarak Hassan Issa Al Sanhouri, Dr Amir Abdul Mun’em Othman, Dr Zarouq Al Tayeb Mounir Mohammed, Mohammed Taher Nouri Idris, Osama Salahuddin Munaimina.

Article 2 stipulates the appointment of Kamaluddin Hussain Ahmed and Jamal Mustafa Mohammed Rifai as public prosecution members in Abu Dhabi Judicial Department.
