Pantene Bridal Couture Week organised by Style360 kicked off to a rollicking start, in Karachi, Pakistan, and carried on for three days. The event showcased striking ensembles by designers from different parts of the world.

Since its inception in 1996, Shawana Afzal’s brainchild, Lajwanti, has grown to become one of the biggest brands in bridal couture and prêt business in Pakistan. With participation in more than 30 shows around the world, Lajwanti reserves the credit for numerous milestone achievements in the Pakistani fashion industry. Lajwanti bagged the Best Bridal Designer Award 2002 in the Bride and Groom Show held in India.

Mifrah Gul has made a mark among the fashion fraternity as a designer since her arrival on the scene in 2001. Her design philosophy focuses on combining striking cuts with the breathtaking effects of rich embellishments. Inspired by vintage apparel and brought to life by sheer chiffons, elegant satin, luxurious silk and dazzling sequins, her designs open up a world of opulence and grace.
