Ali, who was a director of Dubai Islamic Bank’s branch in Khuzam, Ras Al Khaimah, was killed while returning to his work place after performing Isha prayers at a mosque.

Mohammed Ibrahimu Al-Shehhi, a brother of the deceased, said that the 35-year-old Ali had booked to perform Umrah and was due to travel on Thursday. “The fatal accident, which occurred opposite his work place, cut short his planned Umrah trip.
