RAS AL KHAIMAH: Authorities at the Ras Al Khaimah Police are investigating the case of a decomposed body of an Asian person being found on Wednesday morning inside a vehicle in the Awafi area.

The details of the incident date back to when the operations room received a tip off from a person reporting that he had found a decomposed body in a vehicle in the Awafi area.

Accordingly, a CID team and Police Patrols rushed to the scene and found that the deceased had been dead for around four days.

Prosecutors ordered necessary medical examinations to be completed to determine the cause of death.
