PAD medical wing conducts free camp

DUBAI: The Medical Wing of Pakistan Association Dubai (PAD), along with the support of the Community Development Authority and Dubai Health Authority, arranged a free medical camp to celebrate Labour Day 2017.

The event was organised in line with the initiative of CDA called “Honour Labour” and also as part of the Year of Giving initiative launched under the stewardship of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. The objective of the event was to honour the hard-working workforce of the UAE. Chief guest at the event was Dr Omar Al Muthanna, Chief Executive Officer, CDA and Dr Layla Al Marzouqi (Director of Health Regulation and Director of the Dubai Medical Tourism Initiative, DHA) who appreciated the efforts of Medical Wing (PAD) and ensured continuous support of CDA and DHA.

“Pakistan Association Dubai always performs higher than our expectations whenever it comes to community and social events,” said Dr Omar Al Muthanna.

“I am pleased and honoured to have come here. I am astonished to witness the amazing effort put in by the Medical Wing (PAD) and pray they continue with the same spirit to uplift lives of everyone who they reach out to,” said Dr Layla Al Marzouqi.

This free medical camp was organised on the premises of Seville Products LLC (Iffco Group) in Dubai Investment Park. The participating hospitals and clinics included Dubai Hospital, American Hospital, Mediclinic City Hospital, NMC Dubai, City Centre Clinic, Northwest Clinic, Symbiosis Medical Centre, Zia Medical Centre, American Wellness and Life Pharmacy.
