As part of its keenness to increase cooperation and strengthen the international partnerships, the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) organised the annual diplomatic forum in the presence of ambassadors, consuls, heads and representatives of trade councils from various Arab and foreign countries.
The forum was attended by Mohammed Ali Al Janahi, Acting Director General and Nasser Al Dhafri, Executive Director of Planning and Support Department of Ajman Chamber, along with representatives of government departments, businessmen, traders and representatives of the tourism industry in Ajman.
“The forum aims to enhance the direct and effective communication with the representatives of various countries, thus increasing economic cooperation and developing trade exchange, as well as exploring the important investment opportunities available in various fields such as tourism, education, health and others,” Al Janahi said.
He continued, “The Chamber organises the Ramadan Diplomatic Forum annually under the guidance of the Board of Directors in line with its plan to increase the cooperation with various countries and to introduce the economic components of the emirate, as well as the opportunities available in industry, trade, tourism, education, health, service and others.”
He also pointed to the important international exhibitions organised by the Ajman Chamber, among them the Ajman International Education and Training Exhibition (AETEX), Future Build Exhibition and the Ajman Franchise Exhibition.
The forum further serves as an opportunity to consolidate the ties between the attendees, explore the most important international economic events, and increase cooperation and mutual visits.
