The Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) signed a cooperation agreement with “Taajeel” to provide services of the Chamber’s membership and the Ajman Center for Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration through new channels that ensure quick completion of transactions to its customers.
The agreement was signed at the Chamber’s premises by Abdullah Al Marzouqi, Executive Director of Corporate Registration and Transactions for the Ajman Chamber, and Abdul Munir Kadavati, Director General of Taajeel.
The agreement states that Taajeel Center shall offer the services of “Membership Certificate” and “The Ajman Centre for Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration” to the business community in the emirate. The move aims to provide excellent services for the customers through hassle-free procedures that increase their happiness. It also goes in line with the vision of Ajman-2021.
Furthermore, the Centre shall receive suggestions and feedbacks from customers according to the approved mechanism adopted by the Chamber.
On his part, Al Marzouqi affirmed that the agreement reflects the Chamber’s efforts to facilitate and expedite the provision of high quality services for the business community in line with its strategy that aims to facilitate the procedures and allow multiple channels. The Chamber is further keen to beef up its cooperation with the public and private sectors to serve the business community and enhance its competitiveness.
Meanwhile, Kadavati said that the agreement would add more flexibility to business doing in the emirate, praising the Chamber’s keenness to increase channels of communication with its customers. He also commended its efforts to develop the services offered to the public through quick and hassle-free procedures that ensure satisfaction of the business community.
