The promotion offer which is the first of its kind among real estate brokerage firms in the UAE, has begun from October 6 to Dec.4 2019. The campaign was approved by the Dubai Land Department and the Department of Economic Development.

The client will be eligible to winning another coupon in case he buys more than one property.
Al-Zarouni pointed out that the campaign is a legal right being exercised within the framework of the applicable rules and regulations in the UAE .
He said that the winner of the apartment will be chosen in a draw that will be conducted at the end of the period of the offer. The date was confirmed by a representative of the Department of Economic Development in Dubai ,who will withdraw the winning coupon.
