10 best employers in Mena for 2019

This year, ten organisations from across a number of sectors have topped the ranking. They include: DHL Express; DHL Global Forwarding; InterContinental Hotels Group; Jumeirah Group; Atlantis, The Palm; Marriott International; Novartis; Proctor & Gamble Near East; Teleperformance and TLScontact.

Findings from this year’s study show that Best Employers in the region continue to invest in creating a highly engaged workforce, with an employee engagement score of 83% compared to 69% market average.
