The Department of Economic Development in Ajman has entered into a service delegation agreement with the EQC Centre for the completion of government transactions, whereby the centre located on Sheikh Zayed Road opposite Salem Market will provide the services of the department in the field of economic licenses, throughout the week from Saturday to Thursday, from 8 o’clock morning until eight in the evening, in order to provide the best levels of service to investors and business owners in the emirate.
Saud Sultan Al-Shammari, Director of Commercial Registration Department said: “The department is keen to ensure the quality of service in the centers, to which services are delegated, through continuous supervision and follow-up, to ensure the center’s commitment to the standards in the Manual of Service Delegation, which sets specific targets for the waiting period, time to provide the service, And other controls and performance indicators, leading to the department’s goal in enhancing the happiness of customers, and facilitating the journey of doing business, in a way that contributes to advancing investment and economic growth in Ajman”.
In turn, Taher Taib Taher, owner of EQC Centre, said: “We are pleased to provide Ajman DED services in accordance with what was stated in the agreement signed between the two parties, where we will strive to provide the service in accordance with the best standards and practices, so as to contribute to achieving customer satisfaction with the centre, and meets the aspirations of the Department of Economic Development, the services that the centre will provide include the reservation and renewal of the trade name, the issuance of the initial approval, the issuance, renewal, amendment and cancellation of economic licenses and commercial permits, the issuance of certificates and letters to whom it may concern, and other services.
