Fortune smiles on Yemeni national in Dubai

Fortune smiled on Yasser Fadl Qassem, a Yemeni national, who won Nissan Patrol 2020, during a draw conducted by W Capital, one of the leading real estate brokerage companies in the UAE.

The draw was held on the occasion of announcing its second promotional campaign this year in conjunction with the Dubai Shopping Festival, under the supervision of the DLD and DED.

A special ceremony for the draw was organised by W Capital in the presence of a large crowd of contestants and media professionals. A representative of DED, withdrew the winning coupon of the lucky winner.

The new promotional campaign qualifies the customer to the draw when they buy the property through W Capital , and the initial and final purchase contracts are signed with the developer.

Walid Al Zarouni, Chairman of W Capital Real Estate Brokerage”, congratulated the winner, expressing his happiness for the success of the competition held under the supervision of the DLD and DED, as a means of boosting the distinguished promotional offers in future.

He stated that the draw comes in conjunction with the launch of the Dubai Shopping Festival, from Dec.17, 2020 to Jan.30, 2021, an occasion that boosts the real estate market by increasing demand and stimulating sales.

He added that the victory of a Yemeni resident reflects the spirit of brotherhood and coexistence that Dubai provides as one of the best places to live and work, all over the world.

Al Zarouni emphasised the fact that organising such prizes is one of the tools for private sector companies to stimulate real estate sales and increase buying momentum for individuals and companies ,while highlighting attractive investment opportunities.

He stated that this award is in line with “W Capital” strategy to bring joy and happiness to the hearts of their customers and within their aims of providing added value, which is a primary goal for “W Capital” clients. Al Zarouni indicated that a third draw will be made for a "Nissan Patrol" on Feb.10 , 2021.
