The real estate and properties transactions valued at Dhs4.93 billion in total during the week. The sum of transactions was 2,245.
174 plots were sold for Dhs 920.4 million, 1,080 apartments and villas were sold for Dhs 2.18 billion.
The top three transactions were a land in Business Bay sold for Dhs 68.7 million, followed by a land that was sold for Dhs 47.42 million in Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid, and a land sold for Dhs 68.7 million in Business Bay in third place.
Al Hebiah Fourth recorded the most transactions for this week by 65 sales transactions worth Dhs 283.84 million, followed by Al Hebiah Third with 32 sales transactions worth Dhs 92.26 million, and Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid with 16 sales transactions worth Dhs 300 million in third place.
