The official platform of the federal government programme to raise the competitiveness of national cadres and enable them to fill jobs in the private sector institutions in the country during the next five years.
The “Nafis” revealed that 44 private companies are currently working in various and different fields to offer multiple jobs for citizens through the website.
The private sector companies include many diverse jobs according to the specialization of each company, including:
Al Futtaim Group
Amazon
Emirates Gate for Security Services
Al Ansari Exchange
Al Fardan Exchange
Mediclinic Group of Hospitals and other companies.
The platform provides an opportunity for Emirati citizens to learn about job vacancies in the private sector and vocational training opportunities while working in the private sector.
It also enables employers to find suitable national cadres to fill their job vacancies.
The programme called on citizens looking for work and current workers in the private sector, of both sexes, between the ages of 18 and 60, to register on the platform, by downloading the digital identity application UAE Pass on mobile phones, then creating a user account, and authenticating the Emirates ID.
Fill in the data, so that they can take advantage of the jobs that companies offer daily.
He also called on private sector companies to register through the Nafes platform.
The platform includes many direct benefits that citizens can obtain, namely “training programmes on the job” and a “subscription programme”, where the government pays pension fund contributions for 5 years for citizens working in the private sector.
The government also bears the bulk of the employer’s contributions to the retirement fund during this period, allowances for the children of workers in the private sector, the temporary financial support programme for a period of up to 6 months to search for a job in cases of job loss in the private sector for any reason beyond the employee’s control, and the programme support the salaries of citizens.
The “Nafis” programme falls under the umbrella of the “50 Projects” programmes and initiatives that aim to achieve a qualitative leap in the development path in the UAE and develop the national economy system by allocating Dhs24 billion to accommodate 75,000 citizens in the private sector during the next five years, at a rate of 15,000 jobs annually.
