Dubai developer launches new residential project in Arjan

Safe Developers is a subsidiary of Silgo Group, a 40 years old diversified business conglomerate based in Dubai.

Safe Developers’ Dhs150 million Gardenia Livings project is a residential building located in Arjan. The G+6 with features amenities project spans over 55,810 sqft. Project has 156 apartments comprised of 90 1BHK and 66 2BHK apartments.
Gardenia Livings, scheduled to be delivered in March 2023, is devoted to the creation of an exquisite lifestyle within Dubai. Meanwhile, the real estate and properties transactions valued at Dhs4.1 billion in total during the week ending 21 January 2022. The sum of transactions was 1,992.
287 plots were sold for Dhs 1.08 billion, 1,059 apartments and villas were sold for Dhs 2.25 billion.
The top three transactions were a land in Al Hebiah Fifth sold for Dhs 190 million, followed by a land that was sold for Dhs 45 million in Al Thanyah First, and a land sold for Dhs 190 million in Al Hebiah Fifth in third place.
