After having firmly entrenched itself in the French market, Jaupin Eyewear, a name that is synonymous with bespoke glasses handcrafted and latest designs has entered the UAE market due to huge demands and higher returns.
As per the figures made available by MarkNtel Advisors, the "UAE Luxury Eyewear Market" is anticipated to grow at a CAGR of around 4.2 per cent during the forecast period from 2022-27.
Jerome Aupin, Founder, Jaupin Eyewear said that the UAE remains a lucrative market for the eyewear segment and the government has undertaken major steps and initiatives to attract foreign trade and investment .
He further elaborated that the visionary leadership of this country has taken key steps to make UAE a global business hub.

Speaking about his luxury collection Jerome added, “All our designs are handcrafted to perfection. A bespoke acetate eyeglasses starts from Dhs4,600, Buffalo horn from Dhs7000 upwards and our IRIS sunglasses, ready to wear limited edition studded with swarovski crystals for Dhs2,500 upwards.”
Answering to a question about his expansion plans, Jerome said, “We are bullish about the expansion in the coming few months and have tied up with Rivoli Group for their Avanti Boutiques we will be having our counter inside their showrooms. Our company plans to open showrooms in Saudi Arabia and Qatar by 2023, where we will display our collections dedicated for the Middle Eastern Region.” Jerome concluded.
