Developer upbeat on UAE realty market due to huge demands

An Australian-based Real Estate company N7 Real Estate, has announced its plans to tap the property sector in the UAE due to huge demands, strong investors, confidence and higher returns.

This was stated recently by Adil Safdar, CEO, N7 Real Estate, during an exclusive interview with Gulf Today.

He added that his company has recorded a massive profit growth as they started operations four years ago in Dubai.

Safdar mentioned that the country presents a favourable business environment for investors and excellent infrastructural facilities coupled with professional expertise and personalised services give the UAE an edge over other countries.

“The mega event Expo 2020 Dubai has brought investors from across the globe on a common platform to discuss new avenues for investments and this has added more boost to the UAE’s economic growth.” Safdar added.

Let me add here that Dubai is one of the fastest growing cities in the world in terms of population, it has a world class infrastructure, booming tourism, strong & transparent regulations and no other city in the world offers so much variety and we are happy to keep up with the spirit of Dubai and bring out latest technology and design to the city.

To a question about his company’s expansion plans,  Safdar elaborated that they are planning to open five new branches in Pakistan, India, England, Italy, and France soon, adding that they are also interested to foray into Saudi Arabian property market in order to promote the Dubai luxury properties in these countries.

Meanwhile, recently the top stars of showbiz visited the N7 Real Estate office. The biggest surprise of the night was the visit of  the Australian Cricket legend Brett Lee who was the highlight of the show.  It made justice to their tagline, “Your Journey to a luxurious lifestyle begins here”.

Prominent faces of the showbiz industry and social media entertainers dazzled on the red carpet in best designer creations at the event. Well, for starters, a constellation of showbiz stars is a given. The child-like fervour and enthusiasm are there for all to see as Brett Lee entered the office. For anyone who has grown up watching this man play cricket, this was a moment to treasure and rejoice. In short, there were stars, there was glamour and there was excitement, with a whole lot more.

N7 Real Estate had its High-Tea event at their Dubai office located at The Opus Tower in Business Bay. The afternoon started with the arrival of local clients, international clients, N7 Real Estate team members and celebrity friends from Pakistan. The highlights of the High-Tea included cake cutting by Falak Shabir, Sarah Khan, Saniya Shamshad, Mohsin Abbas and Brett Lee.
