A total of 3,332 real estate transactions worth Dhs12.9 billion were conducted during the week ending March 10th, 2023, according to figures released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
The DLD report revealed that 274 plots were sold for Dhs3.17 billion, while 2,370 apartment and villa sales totalled Dhs4.93 billion.
The top three transactions were a land in Al Khairan First sold for Dhs1.57 billion, followed by an Dhs72 million land in Wadi Al Safa 3, and another worth Dhs1.57 billion in Al Khairan First.
Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the most transactions for this week with 117 sales transactions worth Dhs320.97 million, followed by Jabal Ali First with 40 sales transactions worth Dhs115.16 million, and Madinat Al Mataar with 22 sales transactions worth Dhs83 million.
The top three apartment and villa transfers were a villa sold for Dhs65 million in Palm Jumeirah, an apartment worth Dhs65 million in Island 2, and an apartment sold for Dhs49 million in Burj Khalifa.
The value of mortgaged properties for the week stood at Dhs4.12 billion, while 267 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth Dhs759 million.
Meanwhile the real estate and properties transactions in Dubai valued at Dhs11.5 billion in total during the week ending March 03, 2023. The sum of transactions was 3,397.
228 plots were sold for Dhs2.59 billion, 2,498 apartments and villas were sold for Dhs5.54 billion.
The top three transactions were a land in Business Bay sold for Dhs168.28 million, followed by a land that was sold for Dhs167.81 million in Business Bay, and a land sold for Dhs168.28 million in Business Bay in third place.
Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the most transactions for this week by 71 sales transactions worth Dhs193.64 million, followed by Wadi Al Safa 3 with 22 sales transactions worth Dhs386.68 million, and Jabal Ali First with 18 sales transactions worth Dhs57 million in third place.
