Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than Dhs2 billion on Tuesday.
The department witnessed the registration of 743 pledges of allegiance at a value of Dhs1.54 billion, including 56 pledges of allegiance to land, at a value of Dhs298.84 million, and 687 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, at a value of Dhs1.24 billion.
The 3 most important land sales came at a value of Dhs25 million, Dhs 22 million, and Dhs 22 million in the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Gardens area.
The fifth region of Al-Hubiyah topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges of allegiance. As it recorded 29 pledges of allegiance, at a value of Dhs 76 million, followed by the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Gardens area, with 6 pledges of Dhs 114 million recorded, and a third in the fourth district, with 5 pledges of Dhs 48 million recorded.
As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, the sale amounted to Dhs 65 million in the Palm Jumeirah area as the most important sale, followed by the sale of Dhs 17 million in the Al Wasl area, and finally the sale of Dhs 16 million in the Dubai Marina area.
Al Barsha, south of the fourth district, topped the regions in terms of the number of apartments and villas sold. As it recorded 201 pledges of allegiance at a value of Dhs 139 million, followed by the Business Bay region with 80 pledges of allegiance at a value of Dhs 142 million, and a third in Dubai Marina with 74 pledges of pledge of Dhs 279 million.
The mortgages recorded a value of Dhs 318.14 million, including 18 land mortgages with a value of Dhs 138.68 million, and 70 mortgages for villas and apartments with a value of Dhs 179.46 million.
As for donations, 105 donations were recorded at a value of Dhs 189.39 million, the most important of which were in Wadi Al-Safa 3 with a value of Dhs 93 million, and another in Wadi Al-Safa 5 with a value of Dhs 36 million.
