A total of 3,164 real estate transactions worth Dhs8.6 billion were conducted during the week ending 24th March, 2023, according to figures released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
The DLD report said that 218 plots were sold for Dhs1.9 billion, while apartment and villa sales stood at 2,177, totalling Dhs4.73 billion.
The top three sales were two lands sold in Palm Jumeirah worth Dhs550 million and Dhs74 million, and a land worth Dhs70 million in Al Thanyah Fourth.
Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the most transactions for this week by 94 sales transactions worth Dhs326.67 million, followed by Al Hebiah Fourth with 25 sales transactions worth Dhs247.85 million, and Jabal Ali First with 24 sales transactions worth Dhs65 million.
The top three apartment and villa transfers were an Dhs61 million unit in Mankhool, an Dhs54 million unit in Palm Jumeirah, and an Dhs52 million unit in Marsa Dubai.
The sum of the amount of mortgaged properties for the week reached Dhs1.54 billion. Meanwhile, 349 properties worth Dhs522 million were granted between first-degree relatives.
Meanwhile, Dubai real estate market recorded 305 sales transactions worth Dhs727.79 million, in addition to 73 mortgage deals of Dhs224.18 million, and 10 gift deals amounting to Dhs21.18 million on Friday, data released by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD) showed.
The sales included 280 villas and apartments worth D6hs17.43 million, and 25 land plots worth Dhs110.36 million.
The mortgages included 63 villas and apartments worth Dhs224.18 million and 10 land plots valued at Dhs22.09 million, bringing the total realty transactions of today to over Dhs973 million.
On Thursday, Dubai real estate market recorded 548 sales transactions worth Dhs1.44 billion, in addition to 94 mortgage deals of Dhs351.4 million, and 16 gift deals amounting to Dhs63.78 million, data released by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD) showed.
The sales included 501 villas and apartments worth Dhs1.1 billion, and 47 land plots worth Dhs336.31 million.
The mortgages included 75 villas and apartments worth Dhs118.04 million and 19 land plots valued at Dhs233.36 million, bringing the total realty transactions of today to over Dhs1.8 billion.
Dubai real estate market recorded 599 sales transactions worth Dhs1.34 billion, in addition to 86 mortgage deals of Dhs268.57 million, and 152 gift deals amounting to Dhs118.99 million on Monday, data released by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD) showed.
The sales included 544 villas and apartments worth Dhs953.38 million, and 55 land plots worth Dhs387.22 million. The mortgages included 68 villas and apartments worth Dhs181.77 million and 18 land plots valued at Dhs86.8 million, bringing the total realty transactions of today to over Dhs1.7 billion.
