Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than Dhs6.3 billion, as the department witnessed on Tuesday the registration of 457 pledges of allegiance at a value of Dhs5.96 billion, including 52 pledges of allegiance to land, at a value of Dhs4.78 billion, and 405 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, at a value of Dhs1.18 billion.
The most important land sales came with a value of Dhs4 billion in the Maqtara area, followed by a pledge of Dhs631 million in the “Al-Layan 1” area, followed by a pledge of Dhs35 million in the Abu Hail area.
The fourth region of Al-Habibiyah topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, as it recorded 15 pledges of allegiance at a value of Dhs146 million, followed by the fifth region of Al-Habibia, with 11 pledges of Dhs30 million, and a third in the city of “Hind 4”, with 7 pledges of Dhs8 million.
As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, the sale amounted to Dhs76 million in the Palm Jumeirah area, as the most important sale, followed by the sale of Dhs58 million in the Palm Jumeirah area, and finally the sale of Dhs50 million in the Palm Jumeirah area.
Dubai Marina topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, as it recorded 40 pledges of allegiance, at a value of Dhs86 million, followed by the first area of Al Khiran, with 39 pledges of Dhs73 million, and a third in Al Barsha, south of the fourth, with 34 pledges of Dhs33 million.
The mortgages recorded a value of Dhs334.39 million, of which 18 land mortgages amounted to Dhs114.11 million and 59 mortgages for villas and apartments amounted to Dhs220.28 million.
As for donations, 25 donations were recorded, with a value of Dhs61.22 million, the most important of which was in Wadi Al-Amrdi area with a value of Dhs16 million, and another in the Burj Khalifa area with a value of Dhs12 million.
