A total of 3,229 real estate transactions worth over Dhs23.1 billion were conducted during the week ending 25th August, 2023, according to figures released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
The DLD report showed that 183 plots were sold for Dhs1.33 billion, while 2,361 apartments and villas were purchased for Dhs5.77 billion.
The top three transactions were a plot in Madinat Dubai Almelaheyah sold for Dhs93.37 million, a plot sold for Dhs76 million in Palm Jumeirah, and another sold for Dhs64.1 million in Al Barshaa South Second.
Madinat Al Mataar recorded the most sales transactions for this week with 51 transactions worth Dhs182.3 million, followed by Al Hebiah Fifth with 24 transactions worth Dhs59.3 million, and Saih Shuaib 1 with 19 transactions worth Dhs33 million.
The top three apartment and villa transfers included three in Palm Jumeirah sold for Dhs65 million, Dhs57 million, and Dhs54 million respectively.
The total value of mortgaged properties for the week reached Dhs15.75 billion. Meanwhile, 121 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth Dhs301 million.
The real estate and properties transactions valued at more than Dhs10.4 billion in total during the week ending 18th August 2023. The sum of transactions was 3,571. 120 plots were sold for Dhs1.2 billion, 2,782 apartments and villas were sold for Dhs6.86 billion.
The top three transactions were a land in Al Barshaa South Third sold for Dhs140 million, followed by a land that was sold for Dhs106 million in Palm Jumeirah, and a land sold for Dhs91 million in Al Hebiah Fourth in third place.
Madinat Hind 4 recorded the most transactions for this week by 21 sales transactions worth Dhs28.86 million, followed by Al Hebiah Fifth with 20 sales transactions worth Dhs51.65 million, and Jabal Ali First with 13 sales transactions worth Dhs80 million in third place.
The top three transfers for apartments and villas were an apartment was sold for Dhs112 million in Palm Jumeirah, an apartment was second in the list sold for Dhs59 million in Zaabeel First, and thirdly it was an apartment sold for Dhs57 million in Burj Khalifa.
The sum of the amount of mortgaged properties for the week was Dhs1.99 billion, with the highest being a land in Business Bay, mortgaged for Dhs350 million.
109 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth Dhs438 million. Dubai’s real estate market recorded 591 sales transactions worth Dhs1.76 billion on Thursday, in addition to 125 mortgage deals totalling Dhs613.72 million, and 36 gift deals amounting to Dhs98.44 million, data released by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD) showed.
The sales included 561 villas and apartments worth Dhs1.42 billion, and 30 land plots worth Dhs336.26 million. The mortgages included 101 villas and apartments worth Dhs220.85 million and 24 land plots valued at Dhs392.87 million, bringing the total realty transactions of today to over Dhs2.4 billion.
The real estate and properties transactions valued at Dhs9.7 billion in total during the week ending 11 August 2023. The sum of transactions was 3,103.
235 plots were sold for Dhs 2.23 billion, 2,302 apartments and villas were sold for Dhs5.76 billion.
The top three transactions were a land in Al Wasl sold for Dhs 368.74 million, followed by a land that was sold for Dhs 276 million in Trade centre Second, and a land sold for Dhs 181.21 million in Palm Deira in third place.
Madinat Hind 4 recorded the most transactions for this week by 72 sales transactions worth Dhs 103.41 million, followed by Al Hebiah Fifth with 58 sales transactions worth Dhs232.65 million, and Jabal Ali First with 24 sales transactions worth Dhs92 million in third place.
The top three transfers for apartments and villas were a villa was sold for Dhs79 million in World Islands, a villa was second in the list sold for Dhs72 million in World Islands, and thirdly it was an apartment sold for Dhs60 million in Zaabeel First.
