To support and strengthen the region’s healthcare sector, SAJA Pharmaceuticals has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) and strategic partnership agreement with Urological Association of Asia (UAA) in Dubai.
The agreement was signed in the presence Dr Mahmoud Ghaly, General Manager of SAJA Pharmaceuticals Company, and Professor Yasser Abdel Raouf Farhat, Chairman of Arab School of Urology, Secretary-General of Arab Association of Urology, and Dr David Wenkle (Australia), President of UAA and UAA Secretary General Dr Allen Chiu (Singapore) Upon this alliance and partnership, SAJA shall undertake activities like developing key areas of specialty learning, facilitating the urologists and residents with a unique training program to improve and upskill their practice, promoting the latest technologies and best practices in the field of urology, supporting research and conduct public awareness programmes to educate the Mass for non-communicable diseases like benign prostatic hyperplasia, urinary incontinence, erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation under the umbrella of Men’s health-related diseases.
On the other hand, UAA shall undertake activities like providing key learnings to the community to help them stay connected with the latest updates in the field of urology, supporting research, sharing the key insights into career enhancement, supporting with training blueprints, speakers and logistics, and providing CME for the training courses to the health care professionals in the Gulf and the Middle East region.
This to complement the company’s leading role in the field of men’s health medicines, which allows providing health care practitioners with products of high quality and efficiency to improve the quality of life of the patient and the community, based on the company’s vision of its role and commitment towards community and the health care sector.
