A total of 2,910 real estate and properties transactions valued at Dhs10.1 billion were conducted during the week ending Jan.12, according to the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
The DLD weekly report said that 209 plots were sold for Dhs2.19 billion, while 2,100 apartments and villas were sold for Dhs4.84 billion.
The top three transactions were a land in Al Hebiah Sixth sold for Dhs138.65 million, followed by a land that was sold for Dhs105 million in Business Bay, and a land sold for Dhs47.36 million in Palm Jabal Ali in third place.
Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the most transactions for this week by 44 sales transactions worth Dhs163.91 million, followed by Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid with 33 sales transactions worth Dhs398.83 million, and Madinat Hind 4 with 30 sales transactions worth Dhs42.29 million in third place.
The top three apartment and villa transfers included one worth Dhs66 million in Al Wasl, another worth Dhs46 million in Al Thanayah Fourth, and an apartment worth Dhs40.02 million in Al Hebiah Fourth.
The total value of mortgaged properties for the week reached Dhs2.28 billion. Meanwhile, 82 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth Dhs799 million.
Meanwhile the real estate and properties transactions valued at Dhs5.8 billion in total during the week ending Jan.5, 2024. The sum of transactions was 1,721.
A total of 114 plots were sold for Dhs1.36 billion, 1,183 apartments and villas were sold for Dhs3.13 billion.
The top three transactions were a land in Al Thanyah Fifth sold for Dhs 268.33 million, followed by a land that was sold for Dhs 113.9 million in Warsan Fourth, and a land sold for Dhs 65.26 million in Palm Jabal Ali in third place.
Madinat Hind 4 recorded the most transactions for this week by 18 sales transactions worth Dhs 20.57 million, followed by Palm Jabal Ali with 11 sales transactions worth Dhs 311.64 million, and Saih Shuaib 1 with 8 sales transactions worth Dhs 15.95 million in third place.
The top three transfers for apartments and villas were a was sold for Dhs110.01 million in Al Thanyah First, a was second in the list sold for Dhs62 million in Palm Jumeirah, and thirdly it was a sold for Dhs56.4 million in Palm Jumeirah.
The sum of the amount of mortgaged properties for the week was Dhs779.4 million, with the highest being a land in Al Hamriya, mortgaged for Dhs125 million.
A total of 98 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth Dhs617 million.
Overall, the real estate sector of the UAE recorded a tremendous year, touching new heights of transactional value throughout the year.

216 plots were sold for Dhs4.91 billion, 2,729 apartments and villas were sold for Dhs7.49 billion.

Palm Jabal Ali recorded the most transactions for this week by 35 sales transactions worth Dhs850.21 million, followed by Madinat Hind 4 with 29 sales transactions worth Dhs52.87 million, and Al Hebiah Fifth with 18 sales transactions worth Dhs58.5 million in third place.
The top three transfers for apartments and villas were a was sold for Dhs720 million in Palm Jumeirah, a was second in the list sold for Dhs92 million in Dubai Investment Park First, and thirdly it was an apartment sold for Dhs 62.1 million in Island 2.
The sum of the amount of mortgaged properties for the week was Dhs2.29 billion, with the highest being a land in Al Safouh Second, mortgaged for Dhs509.2 million.

Wadi Al Safa 2 recorded the most transactions for this week by 123 sales transactions worth Dhs141.81 million, followed by Al Hebiah Fourth with 31 sales transactions worth Dhs815.56 million, and Madinat Hind 4 with 22 sales transactions worth Dhs26.27 million in third place.
