Dubai: Under the patronage and presence of Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Supreme Council of Energy, the GOTECH 2024 Conference and Exhibition kicked off on Tuesday in Dubai.
The event, themed "Advancing Sustainable Energy" through innovation and collaboration, brings together select thought leaders and influencers in the global energy industry. It runs from May 7 to May 9 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, organised by Dragon Oil International, which is fully owned by the Dubai Government.
Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Supreme Council of Energy, attended the GOTECH 2024 Sustainable Energy Conference and Exhibition, touring the platforms of participating thought leaders, industry experts, and high-level academics.

His Excellency further noted that the launch of the GOTECH conference agenda today is a prominent global experience that brings together key figures such as government officials, industry leaders, members of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), members of the International Association of Oil and Gas Producers (IOGP), partners, universities, oil and gas experts, artificial intelligence specialists, production technology, and the wider energy sector under one umbrella and a joint working environment to expand business opportunities and enter untapped markets worldwide The conference's goal is to address industry challenges, provide recommendations and solutions in the oil and gas sector, and showcase the latest technologies and scientific studies in this field.
