The Diplomat Business Club Dubai organised a high-profile business opportunities forum in the presence of diplomats, business leaders, and senior officials from the Ministry of Economy to highlight business, trade, and investment opportunities in Dubai and the UAE.
While welcoming the delegates, Ambassador Javed Malik, President of the Diplomat Business Club, stated that as a unique and prestigious Business Diplomacy Network, the club brings together business leaders, diplomats, government officials, entrepreneurs, and investors from more than 30 countries to create opportunities for them to connect, collaborate, and explore new avenues to start, expand, and co-create their businesses.
Javed Malik paid rich tribute to the UAE government and its leadership for its forward-looking and investor-friendly policies that have positioned Dubai and the UAE as a global hub for futuristic businesses such as fintech, robotics, artificial intelligence, quantum computing, renewable green energy, electric vehicles, digital retail, and edtech, among other innovative business segments. These efforts are facilitated by initiatives like the Dubai Future Accelerators and Museum of the Future, as well as the DIFC FinTech Hive, among others. This combined with innovative policies, funding support, and advanced infrastructure and connectivity has created a thriving ecosystem for tech businesses and future ventures to flourish in the UAE.
Dr. Abdul Rahman Al Muaini, speaking at the forum, lauded the Diplomat Business Club for its efforts to engage the business and diplomatic communities and highlight business, trade, and investment opportunities. He reiterated the government’s commitment to welcoming Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) through pragmatic policies, making the UAE a leading destination for FDI. Trade Commissioner of Italy to the UAE, Valerio Soldani, and the Deputy Consul General of the United Kingdom Alison Hall also spoke at the occasion.
