"Crawl" actress Kaya Scodelario says she likes to ditch the flashy events to spend time with her son or close friends.
She says she likes to go to the park with her son or sit in her pyjamas with her girlfriends and sing to the hits of pop group Spice Girls.
Scodelario, who shares a son with Benjamin Walker, has always maintained that she is keen to maintain normalcy in life.
Asked if it is easy, Scodelario told the media: "I just look at it as work. I put the same amount of work into a $300 million movie as I do in independent project...That is my thing. When I am not at work, I don't do 'worky' things."
"I don't like flashy events and stuff like that. I like to go to the park with my son or sit in my pyjamas with girlfriends singing Spice Girls in the morning in the kitchen. That is what I enjoy the most and that is what I do," she added.
Scodelario is known for "The Maze Runner", "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales" and "Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile". Recently, she was seen as a high-achieving swimmer Haley Keller in "Crawl". The horror thriller, directed by Alexandre Aja, opened in India on August 23. The movie was distributed in India by Viacom18 Motion Pictures.
"Crawl" narrated the struggle of Haley as she tries to save herself and her father (Barry Pepper) from alligators amidst a Florida hurricane.
