The coronavirus has hit the world with a bang. The self-isolation advised in order to reduce the spread has not been the easiest, especially in relation to emotions.
People around the world have jumped on the internet to use different mediums to create content that will lift people’s spirits.
Pub Choir in Brisbane, Australia jumped on the wagon of uplifting the spirit of the world.
According to their post on Facebook, “a few days ago we asked the internet to stop misery scrolling for a moment, and to sing with us.”
The chosen song for the couch choir was “Close To You” by The Carpenters.
In two days, over 1000 people from 18 countries sent in their entries.
All the submissions were compiled into one and magic was created.
The Pub Choir hopes the result of the couch choir gives the world something to smile about in this trying time.
