Actor Deepika Padukone is celebrating seven years of her hit film “Chennai Express”.
Deepika said working with superstar Shah Rukh Khan and filmmaker Rohit Shetty on film was an unforgettable experience.

The 34-year-old took to Instagram to share some behind the scenes of "Chennai Express" as the movie clocked seven years. The movie was released on August 8, 2013.
Sharing multiple behind-the-scenes pictures from the film, Deepika called them all ‘unforgettable’ memories.
“Unforgettable!❤️ #7yearsofchennaiexpress #meenamma @itsrohitshetty @iamsrk @redchilliesent @utvfilms,” she captioned her post.

Chennai Express was a romantic action comedy set in Tamil Nadu. The story revolves around a north Indian guy Rahul, (Shah Rukh), whose life takes a 180 degree turn when he crosses paths with south Indian girl Meena Lochni, played by Deepika, in the train Chennai Express.
The film was a major success at the box office, becoming the most successful Hindi film.
On work front, Deepika is coming together with Prabhas for director Nag Ashwin's next, which will be a science-fiction film.
