Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor revealed that he would have been got married to actress Alia Bhatt if the pandemic had not hit.
In an interview, Ranbir Kapoor broke the silence over the rumours of his impending wedding with Alia Bhatt and said, “Would have been sealed this year if the pandemic had not hit everyone’s lives.”
"I don’t want to jinx it by saying anything. I want to tick mark that goal very soon in my life," the Sanju actor added.
The 38-year-old actor said that he feels a bit underachiever compared to his girlfriend, Alia Bhatt.
Calling her an ‘overachiever,’ he said that he hopes to be married ‘very soon’.

Kapoor said he spent hours watching television shows and movies during the lockdown. Bhatt attended many classes from guitar to screenwriting.
He further reveals that they were dealing with a family issue in the beginning but eventually he got into reading, spent time with his family and now watches two to three films every day.
On the work front, Ranbir and Alia will star together for the first time in the long-delayed fantasy film, Brahmastra alongside Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna.
Touted as a fantasy adventure franchise, the movie will see Ranbir playing Shiva, a character with special powers, and Alia will essay a character named Isha.
