After her success in the Pakistani showbiz industry and Bollywood, the talented Sajal Aly will show off her acting skills in Hollywood.
According to Pakistani media, the “Mom” actress will work in Jemima Goldsmith's production, titled “What’s Love Got To do with It.”
The film is written and produced by British TV and film producer Jemima Goldsmith, the ex-wife of Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Famous journalist and entertainment reporter at BBC Haroon Rashid confirmed the news on his Twitter account, and said, CONFIRMED: Sajal Ali has joined the cast of “What’s Love Got To Do With It,” directed by @shekharkapur and produced & written by @Jemima_Khan.

The rom-com stars Emma Thompson, Lily James & Shazad Latif and is currently being shot in London. It has been confirmed by Sajal’s agent Hamid Hussain, he added.
The British television, film and documentary producer Jemima married the former cricketer and incumbent Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan, with whom she had two sons, Suleiman and Kasim. The couple divorced in 2004.
The famous actress got congratulatory messages from her friends and co-workers which she posted on her Instagram account with a 'thank you' message along with heart emoji.
The movie will be directed by Indian filmmaker Shekhar Kapur, best known for “Mr India." This film will mark his directorial return since his 2007 Oscar-winning production “Elizabeth: The Golden Age.”
A retweet by Jemima indicates that Bollywood veteran actor Shabana Azmi is also part of the project.
The movie is set in London and South Asia, exploring cross-cultural conflicts of love and marriage.
