Dubbed “The Iron Anniversary,” a month-long “GoT” celebration has been planned to mark the hit fantasy series’ April 17, 2011 TV debut.
The celebration will include a library of 150 videos which will be added to US streaming subscription service HBO Max.
The Fabergé egg has been inspired by the dragon egg seen in the series.
These will comprise of interviews with the cast, behind-the-scenes videos, along with other clips and trailers.
A new “GoT”merchandise range is also being launched, which includes a range of Mikkeller hops beverages and a set of Funko Pop figures, as well as a bespoke Fabergé egg worth £1.6 million (Dhs8m).
It has been inspired by the dragon egg seen in the series.
Co-designed by the series’ Emmy Award-winning costume designer Michele Clapton and Faberge's head designer Liisa Tallgren, the “one-of-a-kind Imperial egg” draws on Daenerys Targaryen’s incredible journey.
HBO2 will also be airing a “GoT”marathon (or “MaraThrone”), in which every episode starting from season one will be re-aired, beginning April 10.
While “Thrones”came to an end with the close of its eighth season back in May 2019, there are currently three spin-off series in the works, the first of which is called “9 Voyages.”
