The Great Hall in Qasr Al Watan embodies the splendor of traditional Arab architecture and arts. Its distinctive design was based on dividing the walls into three levels, to show its structure, as well as 12 large carved marble panels.
The huge central dome with a diameter of 37 meters accentuates the hall’s beauty.
Domes are among the most prominent features of Arab architecture.
The use of these unique geometric structures dates back to the pre-Islamic era.

In addition to the striking designs, art installations, and multiple mosaics, the mirrored marble panels for the pictures add more splendors to the features of the place.
The aesthetics of Arab architecture is highlighted by the details of the patterns and geometric shapes shining in blue, yellow, and white colors, which symbolize the waters of the Arabian Gulf, the desert, serenity, and peace.
Qasr Al Watan is also home to three 'Power of Words' sculptural masterpieces. They are unique to the Palace of the Nation. These art pieces are in different colors and sizes, are a true testament to traditional Arabian craftsmanship and artistry.
