Angelina Jolie gets upper hand in the legal battle with ex-husband Brad Pitt as judge gets thrown off the case

The legal battle of Hollywood stars Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt has been making headlines ever since the couple announced their divorce in 2016 .

The battle which has Jolie and Pitt fighting for their legal rights, has given the former an upper hand as the judge handling their case gets disqualified.

The couple have six children, three biological and three adopted.

 Jolie is seen with four of her kids.

Jolie called for separation when Pitt was accused of striking one of their kids.

The ruling means that the divorce case for legal custody will be restarted for a fresh trial in front of a new judge.
