'Family Man' is back in Rensil D'Silva’s ‘Dial 100’

One of the most accomplished National-award winning Bollywood actor Manoj Bajpai has never ever felt that he would fit in the role of conventional love stories, but he is open to the idea of doing unconventional love stories if it is given to him.

Manoj, who had made his Bollywood debut in 1994, had gone unnoticed then, but it was his performance in “Satya,” which made him a star.

His power pack performance in “Satya” made him darling of the masses instantly. He managed to strike a chord with the audience in “Satya.”

The rest is history.

Manoj had arrived at the time when Bollywood was all about song and dance, but he went on to do his kind of cinemas and created a space for himself.

He did films, like,  “Kaun,” “Fiza,” “Zubeidaa,” “Pinjar,” “Raajneeti,” “Aarakshan,” “Gangs of Wasseypur,” “Samar,” “Special 26,” “Aligarh,” “Bhonsle,” “Sonchiriya.”  Manoj has made a mark in each one of his films.

He also has never ever hesitated from experimenting himself and succeeded in whatever he does.

Whether it was his character in “Aligarh,” “Bhonsle” or “Gali Guleiyan.”

The actor has recently expressed happiness over the fact that younger generations are appreciating his woks and they are going back to watch his previous works as well.

Manoj's “Dial 100” released this Friday on ZEE5.

Directed by Rensil D'Silva, the film is an emotional thriller.

Talking about the film, the actor said, “It is going to be very interesting, since it is well-written and it has very strong social and emotional aspects in it.” 

Manoj, who is sharing screen space with seasoned actress Neena Gupta and Sakshi Tanwar, is very excited about the film and is waiting for response from the audience.
