Famous Pakistani TV and film actress Saba Qamar has announced that she has been granted a prestigious 10-year Golden Visa by the UAE, one of the favourite destinations of celebrities from around the world.
The actress posted on her Instagram account about the happy development as she showed her gratitude to the Gulf country for the honour. She also posted some photos with the UAE and Pakistan flags in the background.
Saba Said, “I want to thank the amazing government of the UAE for honouring me with the Golden Visa. Can't thank you guys enough for opening your home to me – this entire process wouldn't have been possible without the help of @gcclegalconsultants you guys have been a great support – lots & lots of love your way.”
The Golden Visa is a long-term residence facility that enables eligible foreigners to live, work and study in the country, according to the UAE government’s official website.
Qamar is the most recent celebrity from Pakistan to join the ranks of those honoured by the UAE with the distinction. That list includes Yasir Hussain, Iqra Aziz, Momal Sheikh, Fakhre Alam, Maya Ali, Sana Javed, Umair Jaswal, Humayun Saeed, and many more.
Saba Qamar has done many hit projects in the industry such as Baaghi, Manto, Cheekh, Fraud, Sar-e-Rah, Gunah and Tumhare Husn Ke Naam.
