Actress Sushmita Sen, who garnered immense praise for her role in “Aarya 3,” has shared wisdom on how to tackle fear. The actress and former Miss Universe took to the Stories section of her Instagram and shared a de-glam picture of herself looking into the camera. Sushmita wrote on the picture: “Courage is not absence of fear. It in fact begins with the acceptance of fear.” The actress is known to be a fighter and is often lauded for her attitude of standing tall against adversities. Earlier, the actress shared on social media that she doesn’t chase but attracts and chooses to see possibilities, hope, kindness, love, gratitude and abundance. The actress earlier took to Instagram and shared a photo wearing a black tank top and pink-tinted oversized sunglasses.
She wrote in the caption: “I don’t chase, I attract... My rose-tinted glasses often remind me...it’s not about ‘what’s there’, it’s more about ‘what I choose to see’... I choose to see possibilities, hope, kindness, love, gratitude, oneness and abundance...what I choose, l attract.”

The actress earlier suffered a heart attack while shooting for the streaming series “Aarya 3” but made a full recovery and returned to the sets to complete the shoot. Sushmita has also spoken about her journey on “Aarya’ and shared that she could write a book on the character, describing how much it has changed and moved her. “I could write a book on Aarya, describing how much this character has changed and moved me. Trying to sum up Aarya in two lines is a tough task because this character means so much to me.” The 48-year-old actress said that the character Aarya embodies the strength and power of a woman.
“In this season, her fans saw her facing tough times, feeling broken, and almost giving up. There’s a scene in which she’s even pointing a gun to her head; but here’s the beauty: that doesn’t make her any less strong. It just shows strength comes in different forms, whether you’re winning or facing challenges head-on.”
“Aarya” is an Indian crime-thriller drama. The series started with Aarya, an independent woman who seeked to protect her family and joined a mafia gang in order to get revenge for her husband’s murder.
Meanwhile, Sushmita Sen expressed her delight in working with director Ram Madhvani, and shared how the latter has revealed new layers in her acting that she never knew existed. Sharing insights on working with the ‘Neerja’ director, Sushmita said: “Working with Ram Madhvani is always a delight. I truly admire his genius. He transformed Aarya from a naive, sheltered woman to someone resilient in facing life’s challenges.” “Off-screen, Ram revealed new layers in my acting that I never knew existed. The trust he has in me is incredible; he saw Aarya in me before I could,” said the former Miss Universe.
