Crying can actually be a stress buster, a pain reliever and is probably good for our mental health. But little did we know that shedding off those tears could make us lose the excess fat.
According to scientists, crying may actually help us lose all the additional weight. Especially doing it regularly between 7pm to 10pm every day.
The release of all the bottled up emotions will help us psychologically feel better and in the bargain leave us feeling lighter.
The hormone levels have an effect with emotional crying which in turn leads to a stress free person.
As the stress level comes down it has an effect on our weight.
Some experts say 7pm to 10pm is the ideal time to cry it all off.
So grabbing an emotional movie to trigger the tears or crying over past issues as the sun goes down, can be marked in our things to do check list from now on.
