The COVID-19 pandemic has forced the world into a lockdown. However, a lot of people have found different ways to remain positive while staying at home.
Many are dabbling into new territories and hobbies to enhance their physical and mental wellbeing, or simply to pass time. Some have resorted to healthy living through home workouts or/and intuitive eating due to the tremendous amount of time people have for reflection and possible growth.

Regarding home workouts, many have invested in a couple of equipment to help motivate them to exercise at home. Some have rented workout machines from gyms that do not want to lose its loyal customers, hence, providing a quick fix until things go fully back to normal. Others have resorted to purchasing items such as a fitness mat, resistance bands, and smaller weights, or making use of the things at home.
These small enhancements are followed by various workout plans that are widely accessible on the internet to anyone starting out.
Additionally, many experts have taken the liberty to use their platforms during lockdown to provide workout plans and ideas on how to stay healthy and fit while remaining at home.

Another way healthy living is demonstrated is through intuitive eating whereby more meals are being prepared at home, due to the circumstances, and people who previously were not involved in the cooking process are getting involved now.
Many are being conscious of what they consume and not just because they might be working out. Rather, due to the pandemic, they are considering foods that enhance immunity which in results is beneficial for a fit and healthy body.
Consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables in a form of smoothies, smoothie bowls, salads and warm meals are becoming major highlights.
One of the biggest takeaway from the lockdown is the importance of staying active. From beginners to those that are expert in living a healthy life, many have made slight changes in their routines to stay refreshed and energetic.
