This is one TV serial the world loves to watch. It is a little over 25 years since it was first aired, but the sitcom has an evergreen flavour and never taxes the eye – or the mind – whenever one wants to watch it.
Well, there is some good news for its beloved fans: they can celebrate their friendship on the same couch here.
The iconic couch of Central Perk is now in the UAE. Yes, you read that right.
It's a celebration of friendship, of love, of life itself. The awesome loveable group Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer – have knocked us for a six with their zany antics – and will continue to do so forever; after all, friendship lasts forever.
The classic Central Perk centrepiece on which ‘Friends’ shared laughs has made an appearance at Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi.
“Call up your gang because it's all about friendship this spring break!

Join the world’s most iconic duos celebrating friendship at Warner Bros. World until 10 April, with spectacular shows, fun activities, special treats, and so much more,” it announced on Twitter.
Meanwhile, there’s finally something to look forward to amid the grim covid scenario.
As per a report the “Friends” reunion special is reportedly set to begin filming next week after being delayed by the coronavirus pandemic.
This means the wait for the beloved characters from the sitcom to appear on our screens is now getting shorter.
According to Deadline, the unscripted special will begin shooting next week in Los Angeles.
The report comes after David Schwimmer, who portrayed Ross Geller in the sitcom, said on “The Graham Norton Show” he was flying out to Los Angeles to film the programme with his former co-stars.
