Breaking new grounds isn’t something new for Baqar Nasser, a celebrity fitness trainer and health coach, and this time he’s done it again as the first talent in the health and fitness sector of the country to achieve the UAE’s Golden Visa.
“Fitness goals are linked to mindset and discipline. I work closely with physicians, surgeons, therapists, and doctors, to understand every client’s limitations and pain points,” says Baqar who has transformed the lives of men, women, and teenagers, in addition to celebrities and models.
Having worked with the likes of Priyanka Chopra, Sunjay Dutt, Tina Ambani, and Sunil Shetty to name only a few, Baqar’s forte is in successfully managing those who struggle with pre-existing health conditions, addictions, or injuries, apart from training and body sculpting actors and actresses for the big screen.
“One of my greatest achievements was working with actor Sanjay Dutt for the Bollywood film Blue (2019). Getting him in shape after a long hiatus from the big screen was an exciting challenge and we achieved it in record time,” he says.
Baqar, the eleven-time award-winning national cycling champion of India and the founder of Topspin India Healthcare, which is a network of 32 spinning studios across the country, achieved the UAE’s Golden Visa this month making him the first NRI in the health and fitness category to establish his fitness concept in the city.
