Love knows no boundaries and a true lover can go to any length to get united with the beloved even if it means crossing a tiger-infested forest, swimming across a river and even entering a neighbouring country without papers.
A 22-year-old Bangladeshi woman exactly did that when she swam across the border to marry the love of her life from India.
She wandered all alone in the wild forests of the Sundarbans, which is known for Royal Bengal tigers.
Then she swam for about an hour to enter India to meet her boyfriend.
Bangladeshi woman Krishna Mandal fell for Abhik Mandal after she met him on Facebook.
She wanted to meet Abhik, but without legal document it was not possible, so she decided to cross the border illegally.
The story has almost a fairytale ending with princess meeting her prince charming, but the law played the spoilsport.
Indian police arrested her for illegally entering the country but not before she had married Abhik at Sundarbans temple.
It is highly likely that Indian police will handover her to Bangladesh High Commission.
