To gain access, shoppers can register their receipts at the Customer Service Desk, and an SMS with an e-ticket for the activation will be sent directly to them.

For each visitor who experiences the Smiley Activation, the mall will donate Dhs10 to Operation Smile, a charity that works to repair children’s cleft lips and cleft palates, contributing to a more confident smile to those in need.
